I have dealt with Mobile HQ on a number of occasions over the years. Each time I have needed help on how to install the item. The team have been very helpful, either talking me through the steps or sending me tutorials, and each time I have succeeded. For a very good price I have managed to bring my phones back to life. I have no experience in mobile phone repairs (or any electronics for that matter), but with the help from Mobile HQ I gained the confidence to give it a go.
The communication from the company is second to none, and they have a great range of spare parts to chose from, at a great price. If I had any issues (my fault for not knowing what I needed) Mobile HQ were very quick to fix it up for me. I will definitely use them in the future.

Thanks guys for your help. While in Samoa I drowned my iPhone and thought it was a brick, but after some drying out it came to life but with a very dull screen. Ringing the Mobile HQ, Mark answered and went through what he thought might be the problem. The following day, a new LCD, tools and an email with a video link on how to fix it arrived and within ½ an hour I had my iPhone up and working. All I can say is brilliant service and capability. Well done.
