Where do you deliver to?: Mobile HQ delivers its spare parts all over Australia.
How much is the freight?: At Mobile HQ we dont charge freight, however if you are in an urgent need for the item we can send it via Express Post, which will only cost you an extra $8.
If not it will be sent out via Registered or Normal Post. In some cases where an order is too large for registered post, it will be sent in an express post bag.
Is your website secure to buy off?: Our website is secured by state of the art SSL 128 bit encryption. All your information entered when making a purchase is encrypted so no one can intercept it on it's way through the internet

How long does it take for me to receive my item?: As long as the item is in stock you will receive your item the next day if you choose Express Post. If sent by Registered Post you can expect to receive it within 4 Business days.
What are the warranty terms?: All our spare parts come with a 3 month return to base warranty. We require the parts to be returned for inspection before replacement parts can be sent out. DOA (Dead on Arrival) parts need to be logged within 7 days of order, in this case a replacement part will be sent out immediately.
Misuse or non factory faults (cracks, dints, scratches, etc) will void warranty. Please call us before purchasing if you have any doubts about our warranty terms.
Returns/ Exchange Policy: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or have selected the wrong part, we are happy to send out a suitable part, however the original part will need to be sent back. If this is not done within 14 days we will charge your credit card for the new item.
Are your parts original?: All of our parts are 100% original, unless stated on the product information page. If you are unsure please give us a call so we can confirm.
How can i pay for my item?: We prefer credit card(Visa or Mastercard, sorry no AMEX). If you do not have a credit card then you can pay via direct debit, we just need to receive payment confirmation before we can ship the item.
